IV.2.1) To evidence their personal situation economic operators shall present the documents as follows:
— Statement made by the economic operator that no final judgment has been rendered to the economic operator for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry in the period of the last five years;
— Certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority;
— Certificate stating that no liquidation proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority;
— Certificate of paid taxes and other public dues issued by the competent authority in the country in which the economic operator is registered;
— Certificate issued by the Register of sentences on committed crimes by legal entities, stating that no criminal sanction has been…

— Document of registered business activity;
— License for organized transport of goods and/or passengers in domestic and international road traffic.

IV.2.3) Economic and financial capacity of economic operators
Documents necessary to establish the economic capacity of the economic operator:
— Statement by the economic operator proving that it holds a CRM insurance of a minimum of 200 000,00 EUR per vehicle.

— The economic operator shall hold a CRM insurance of a minimum of 200 000,00 EUR per vehicle.

IV.2.4) Technical and professional capacity of economic operators.
Documents necessary to establish to establish the technical and professional capacity of the economic operator:
o List of transport service provided in the last 3 years, with values, dates and buyers thereof, certificate on description of the technical equipment and capacity, organizational structure, quality assurance measures and equipment for provisions of services (GPRS device for cargo tracking, vehicle equipment — cargo protection belts, at least 20, driver protection equipment, vehicle safety equipment.
