— License for performing line transport of passengers published from the Ministry of Transport and Communications in accordance with the Law on Road Transport, / valid.

Техничка и професионална способност:

List of main services of the bidders in the last three years, with the sums, dates and contracting authorities and economic operators by providing certificate for services provided issued by recipients or if such certificates can not be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator declaration the economic operator for services rendered,

— Statement by the economic operator of technical equipment — for possession of vehicles owned or under a leasing agreement that will enable the transportation of students, distributed in each part / route which will be hired vehicle (for the number of students to be transport provided in the technical specifications) for the natural gas for the relevant part / relation to which the economic operator is a bidder.

— Confirmation of the fulfillment of specific technical — exploitation conditions and technical characteristics required for the vehicle issued by a legal entity authorized to conduct technical inspection of motor vehicles, according to the safety regulations of traffic volume on the road for each vehicle will be engaged for service / valid /

— Conclusion of license for public transport in internal road transport issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications under the Law on road transport for each vehicle will be engaged to carry out service / valid /

— Statement by the economic operator on the technical staff for at least one (1) person involved — a driver in a vehicle with a valid driving license of appropriate category depending on the type of vehicle in which the vehicle belongs to which should be carried out special transport of passengers each part / relation to which the economic operator is bidder

— Statement by the economic operator engaged professional staff for at least one (1) engaged expert for safety.

In addition to a copy of the Certificate of passing an exam expert on safety issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Republic Macedonia engaged expert for safety and if the Contract is concluded for engaging a natural or legal person to perform the duties and responsibilities for Safety and Health at Work established under the Law on Safety and Health at Work and

— Reporting by the economic operator on the elements of the contract which the economic operator intends to give to subcontractor.

— Experience of relevant previous services rendered related to the subject of the contract, at least three (3) contracts that have been successfully realized in the last three years,

— Technical equipment: have at least one (1) vehicle owned or leasing agreement that will enable the transportation of students in each section / route for the number of students who need to transport provided in the technical specifications for the transport of students, for which the economic operator is the bidder

Gazette no. 68/04, 127/06, 114/09, 83/10, 140/10, 17/11, 53/11, 6/12, 23 / 13, 120/13, 163/13, 187/13, 42/14, 112/14, 166/14, 44/15, 97/15, 124/15, 129/15, 193/15, 37/16 and 71/16)

… conditions required for public transport in internal road traffic in accordance with the Law on Road Transport (OG. Gazette no. 68/04, 127/06, 114/09, 83/10, 140/10, 17/11, 53/11, 6/12, 23/13, 120/13, 163/13, 187/13, 42/14, 112/14, 166/14, 44 / 15, 97/15, 124/15, 129/15, 193/15, 37/16 and 71/16)

— Committed technical staff: at least 1 (one) person involved — a driver in a vehicle which a driving license of appropriate category depending on the type of vehicle in which the vehicle belongs to which should be carried out special transport of passengers for each part / relation to which the economic operator is the bidder

— Committed professional staff: at least one (1) engaged expert for safety under the Law on Safety and Health at Work

— The economic operator should inform the elements of the contract which the economic operator intends to give to subcontractor.
