… Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against him/her;

— license ‘A’ as per the Law on tourism activity issued by the Ministry of Economy of RM, which includes sales of air tickets in the regular international air traffic for travel agents.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— respective bank statements (not older than 30 days from the date of submitting the bid),

— report on the balance sheet certified by the competent authority, that is to say, audited balance sheet for the last fiscal year, or excerpts from the report on the balance sheet in cases where the publications of the balance sheet is prescribed by law in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— excerpt of the overall turnover of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by the competent authority, that is to say, audited income statement), and, where appropriate, of the turnover in the economic sector covered by the public procurement contract for the last fiscal year, for which data is available depending on the date when the enterprise has been established or has commenced operations, and depending on the availability of such data.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum criterion for establishing the economic and financial standing of the economic operator is that the financial amount of the total annual revenue has not been lower than 70 000 000 MKD during the last year (2015).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— List of major deliveries of the bidders or candidates completed in the last 3 years, including values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing references for the completed deliveries issued by the clients or, if such references cannot be provided due to reasons outside the control of the economic operator, only with its statement on the completed deliveries (3 references should be provided);

— statement on contracted technical staff (M1/M2 forms, diplomas, certificates, and the like), of which minimum 2 employees with certificates for completed IATA course;

— proof of at least 1 signed contract for using a global reservation system and for each employee trained to use a global reservation system (for air tickets) — AMADEUS or GALILEO;

— proof of IATA membership of the travel agent for 2015/2016;

— list of expert staff who will be in charge of exercising the contract;

— statement that it will submit a BSP report (central system for issuing electronic bills) selected exclusively for AEC or ITR (proof showing the price of the air ticket and the airport fees) for each air ticket issued for AEC, every 15 days.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— At least 2 employees with certificates for completed IATA course;

— at least 1 signed contract for using the global reservation system (AMADEUS or GALILEO);

— at least 3 recommendations (references) for completed deliveries issued by the clients.
