— A declaration by the economic operator that in the last 5 years he was rendered a verdict for participation in
criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Confirmation that no bankruptcy proceedings by a competent authority;
— Confirmation that no liquidation procedure by the competent authority;
— Confirmation of paid taxes and other public charges from the competent authority of the country where the
economic operator is established;
— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that were not imposed a penalty
on participation in public tender procedures, the award of public procurement contracts and public-private
partnerships;
— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that were not imposed a
temporary or permanent prohibition of professional activity;
— A certificate stating that there has not been imposed sanction ban on performing profession, activity or duty, or
prohibition to perform certain activity.

— To possess minimum 4 persons for service, 2 of them mechanician, 1 auto-electrician and 1 mechanical engineer;
— To be representative of vehicles producer or to have contact for cooperation with authorised representative of the vehicles.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
— Evidence for possessing his own / rent / contract business- technical cooperation is copy of possession list/ contract for rental / contract for business technical cooperation
— Declaration for engagement 4 technical persons, 2 of them mechanician, 1 auto-electrician and 1 mechanical engineer;
— evidence that economic operation is representative of the producer is contract for cooperation with authorized representative of the vehicle (where is registered as a entity) or in the owner way is authorised from the producer for the vehicle brend, their selling in the Republic of Macedonia.
