— Minimum 3 (three) services (same or similar to the subject matter of the procurement) provided in the past 3 (three) years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting parties or economic operators) in a total amount of at least 1 800 000,00 MKD;
— Minimum necessary staff:
— Minimum 4 (four) persons with university degree — civil engineers as follows:
— 1 with completed studies at the hydro-technical department;
— 1 with completed studies at the department of roads and railways;
— 1 with completed studies at the construction department;
— 1 with completed studies at the geotechnics department.

All of the above stated staff should possess authorization for providing the particular service in accordance with the Construction Law — B authorization for supervision engineer.

— Necessary laboratories (they should have at disposal — possess or engage):
— Geomechanical laboratory with calibrated equipment;
— Asphalt laboratory with calibrated equipment;
— Concrete laboratory with calibrated equipment.
Documents for proving the fulfilment of the minimum requirements:
— Submission of letters of confirmation for at least 3 (three) services (same or similar to the subject matter of the procurement) provided in the past 3 (three) years in a total amount of at least 1 800 000,00 MKD or if it is not possible to provide letters of confirmation due to reasons outside the control of the economic operator, submission of only their statement on services provided;
