— Within the last 5 years was effective sentence for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Has imposed a penalty on participation in public bidding procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts for public-private partnership;
— Has imposed a temporary or permanent ban on performing certain activities;
— Which is in bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings;
— Failed to pay taxes and other public charges, unless the economic operator has been granted deferred payment of taxes, contributions or other public duties in accordance with special regulations and pays them regularly;
— Has a misdemeanor sanction prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform certain activity;
— Gives false information or fails to provide information requested by the contracting authority.
— Statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years he has an effective sentence for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Confirmation that no bankruptcy proceedings by a competent authority;
— Confirmation that no liquidation procedure by the competent authority;

Техничка и професионална способност:
Economic Operator to have performed at least three (3) shipments of photovoltaic (Grid connected) power plants with a total capacity exceeding 1 MW.
— The economic operator has the technical staff for the execution of the procurement as follows: 2 Graduate Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience in the issues subject to the procurement.

— List of the principal deliveries (reference list) of the economic operator in the last 3 years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators) by providing service delivery issued by recipients, or, if such certificates can not provide reasons out of control, only a statement of deliveries.
