2.3.1. In order to prove the capacity to perform a professional activity the economic operator submits:

— Document for registered activity as a prove that it is registered as a natural or legal entity for performing the activity connected with the subject of the Public Procurement Agreement or a prove that it belongs to a suitable professional association according to the regulations in the country where it has been registered;

— Current Status not older than 6 months and.

2.5.1. In order to qualify as capable to execute the Agreement from the aspect of its technical or professional capacity, the economic operator shall fulfil the following minimal conditions:

1. To mark the event up to 10 000 people the economic operator is required to have at its disposal the following equipment:

— Sound system — Line array speaker (made by a famous manufacturer) 24 pcs;

— Sub-woofers speakers (made by a famous manufacturer 2x18 ") 12 pcs;

— Stage monitor speakers (made by a famous manufacturer) 12 pcs;

— Digital mixer with min. 48 channels and 16 aux. 1 pcs;

— Microphones 30 pcs;

— Light setting — Moving wash — K10 or K20 12 pcs;

— Moving wash (LED technology) 40 pcs;

— Moving spot min. 575W 24 pcs;

— Moving beam 7R 230W 32 pcs;

— Video projections — LED screen min. 55 m

— Video processor, video mixer;

— LCD projectors min. 7 500 ANSI lumens 2 pcs;

— Projection screen 400x300 cm 2 pcs;

— Video cameras with HD resolution 4 pcs;

— Crane camera min. 12 m 1 pcs;

— Aluminium construction for covering the stage 1 500x1 000x800 cm 1 pcs;

— Stage area of 150 m

— Stage monitor speakers (made by a famous manufacturer) 8 pcs;

— Digital mixer with min. 48 channels and 16 aux 1 pcs;

— Light setting — Moving wash — K10 or K20 8 pcs;

— Moving wash (LED technology) 24 pcs;

— Moving spot min. 575W 16 pcs;

— Moving beam 7R 230W 24 pcs;

— Video projections — LED screen min. 40 m

— Video cameras with HD resolution 2 pcs;

— Aluminium construction for covering the stage 1 000x800x700 cm 1 pcs;

— Stage area of 80 m

— Power Installation — Distribution power panel with measurement unit 1 pcs;

— Tents 610x610 cm 6 pcs;

— Tent — segment size 20x5 m (Min. 5 segments);

3. To mark the event up to 1 000 people the economic operator is required to have at its disposal the following equipment:

— Sound system — Line array speaker (made by a famous manufacturer) 8 pcs;

— Sub-woofers speakers (made by a famous manufacturer 2x18 ") 4 pcs;

— Stage monitor speakers (made by a famous manufacturer) 4 pcs;

— Microphones 12 pcs;

— Light setting — Moving wash — K10 or K20 6 pcs;

— Moving wash (LED technology) 16 pcs;

— Moving spot min. 575W 8 pcs;

— Moving beam 7R 230W 12 pcs;

— Video projections — LED screen min. 24 m

— LCD projectors min. 5 000 ANSI lumens 2 pcs;

— Projection screen 300x200 cm 2 pcs;

— Aluminium construction for covering the stage 800x600x600 cm 1 pcs;

— Stage area of 48 m

— Tents 610x610 cm 4 pcs;

— Tent — segment size 10x5 m (Min. 8 segments);

Minimum side height 3m;

Ultimate height of the top 5,4 meters;

Minimum 400 m

1. To have its own fleet for the sound equipment transport.

2. To have realized at least 3 contracts of the procurement subject.

2.5.2. The economic operator proves the fulfilment of the minimum conditions stipulated in item 2.5.1 by submitting:

— Statement by the economic operator that has the equipment listed in item 2.5.1;

— To provide access to the public procurement committee so that it has at its disposal the equipment during the bid evaluation, upon request of the committee (for which the Committee will provide a report);

— Copy of at least 3 contracts of the same or similar type to the procurement subject.

2.5.3. The technical and professional capacity of the economic operator may be supported by another entity regardless of the legal relations between the economic operator and that entity, except for the list of previously concluded contracts and licenses. If the economic operator proves its technical and professional ability invoking the support of another entity, it is obliged to prove the support with valid evidence that the entity will make available to the economic operator's technical and professional resources. The entity provides technical and professional support should not be rendered a verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering.

2.5.4. If economic operators submit a bid as a group of economic operators, technical and professional capacity shall be established by considering the resources of all group members. If the group of economic operators participates with technical and professional support from a third entity or third entities, the technical and professional capability is determined according to the above mentioned.

Извршување на договорот
Потребни депозити и гаранции:

4.6. Bid guarantee:

4.6.1. As part of the bid, the economic operator must provide a tender guarantee (guarantee of participation) in the amount of at least 3 % of the total bid value excluding VAT.

4.6.3. The guarantee should be submitted in its original form. Copies are not accepted. The guarantee must be valid for at least fourteen (at least 14 days) days after the expiry of the offer. Any bid that does not include a guarantee or include a guarantee that is not in accordance with the requirements of the tender documentation will be rejected by the contracting authority as unacceptable.

4.6.4. The bid guarantee of the unsuccessful bidders shall be returned within 7 days after signing the contract with the most favourable bidder.

4.6.5. The bid guarantee may be invoked if the bidder withdraws its bid before the validity period of its validity, does not accept the correction of arithmetic errors by the committee, does not sign the contract in accordance with the Tender documentation and does not provide a guarantee for performance of the contract.

The collection of the Guarantee in any case entails posting negative reference.
