In order to prove its personal status, the economical operator should submit the following documents:
— Statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— Confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;
— Confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;
— Confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered;
— Confirmation from the Registry for Penalties for Committed Criminal Acts of the Legal Entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced;
… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced;
— Confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.
Техничка и професионална способност:
— То own an authorized service employing a minimum of 4 servicers and a minimum of 2 persons as technical support;
— To own a service vehicle;
— To have spare parts at disposal;
— To have continuous technical support at a provided service during the warranty period (24 months) as well as to provide service and spare parts for the post-warranty period in the duration of 10 (ten) years;
— Guarantee that within 48 hours he will remove any defects that might arise during the warranty period, and if the defect is not remedied during said deadline, he will provide a replacement machine within 72 hours;
— The economic operator to carry out training for a person belonging to the Contracting authority to operate and maintain the construction machine;
— Authorization by the manufacturer for the specific public procurement for the sale and service of the subject of procurement in R. Macedonia;
— Samples, description and/or photographs of the products which are the subject of delivery, and whose authenticity the economic operator is obliged to confirm if requested so by the contracting authority;;
— Technical description of the subject of procurement.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
