Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Balance sheets certified by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheets, or balance sheet excerpts where the publication of the balance sheet is required under the Law of the country where the economic operator is registered or — A statement of the overall turnover of the company (information on the profit and loss statement issued by the competent authority, i.e. audited profit and loss statement) and where appropriate, of turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract, mostly for the last three financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date on which the company was founded or started work and depending on the availability of such information.

Техничка и професионална способност:

— List of employees or persons engaged with authorization ‘B’ for audit of project documentation for the execution of the subject of the procurement, by submitting copies of M1/M2 forms for the employees or employment contracts, and copies of te Authorizations for audit of project documentation issued by the Chamber of Authorized Architects and Engineers of the Republic of Macedonia — Reference list of completed contracts in the last three years for services provided of the same or similar nature (audit of projects), data suppliers, dates and values, attaching at least one (1 ) a copy of the contract for services rendered by the same or similar type (audit of projects) and 1 (one) certificate for timely and qualitatively performed services, referring to the attached contract.
