In order to prove its personal status, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past five years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority

— confirmation that no liquified ation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority

— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered

— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…

… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced

… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced

— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict

In order to prove capability for performing professional activity of the economic operator:

— Document for registered professional activity

For Part 1 — License ‘A’ for design, in accordance with the Law on Construction, issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, and if it is a foreign bidder, apart from the relevant document from the country where it is registered, he also submits a certificate of design, issued by a relevant authority of the state administration responsible for the execution of the works related to spatial organization of the Republic Macedonia, in accordance with article 42 paragraph (1) of the Law on Construction.

For Part 2 — Relevant License to perform geodetic works in accordance with the Law on Real Estate Cadastre (‘Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia’, no. 55/13, 41/14, 115/14, 116/15, 192/15, 61/16 and 172/16).

Documents necessary to prove the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:

— for part 1 — list of completed contracts of the bidders or candidates carried out in the last three years, including values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing a certificate of performed services rendered by the recipients or, if such certificates can not be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only with his statement on performed deliveries, — list of engaged technical personnel for the execution of the subject service regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator, with an additional copy of the authorizations of the persons engaged.

— for part 2 — list of completed contracts of bidders or candidates in the last three years, including values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), providing a certificate for the services rendered by the recipients or, if such certificates can not be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only with his statement on performed deliveries, — Statement that he disposes with adequate geodetic instrument.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Minimum criteria needed for establishing the technical and professional condition of the economic operator:

— for part 1 — Minimum 1 (one) completed contract related to the subject of the public procurement contract in the last three years — To dispose with expert and technical personnel to perform this type of services, at least — One person with A authorization for design in the field of construction, — One person with A authorization for design in the field of geotechnics.

— for part 2 — Minimum 1 (one) completed contract related to the subject of the public procurement contract in the last three years — To dispose with a geodetic measuring instrument (the instrument must satisfy the following the characteristics data reading on the horizontal limb must be below 1 kW/h with increasing the binoculars of minimum 30 x (an increase of at least 30 times), a forced centering device both on the instrument and the visual marks).
