‘Civil works for rehabilitation of thirteen schools in the Republic of Macedonia’

The holder of the contract is obliged to carry out the planned civil works for rehabilitation of 13 schools in the Republic of Macedonia, within 6 (six) months. The deadline for carrying out the works flows from the introduction of the contractor in work for each facility individually.
The subject of the contract is divided into 3 (three) lots, as follows:
Lot No 1
Making the rehabilitation of 4 schools and that:
1. Primary School ‘Lazo Angelovski’ — Skopje — Aerodrom
2. Primary School ‘Naum N.Borche’ — Madzari — Gazi Baba
3. Primary School ‘Kuzman Sapkarev’ — Drachevo — Kisela Voda
4. Primary School ‘Panajot Ginovski’ — Butel — Butel
Lot No 2
Making the rehabilitation of 5 schools and that:
1. Primary School ‘Bajram Shabani’ — Kumanovo — Kumanovo
2. Primary School ‘Jeronim De Rada’ — Cherkeze — Kumanovo
3. Primary School ‘Vasil Glavinov’ — Skopje — Chair
4. Primary School ‘Bajram Shabani’ — s.Kondovo — Saraj
5. Primary School ‘Perparim’ — s.Cegrane — Gostivar
Lot No 3
Making the rehabilitation of 4 schools and that:
1. Primary School ‘Krste P.Misirkov’ — Orizari — Kocani
2. Primary School ‘Nikola Karev’ — Probistip — Probistip
3. Primary School ‘Braka Miladinovci’ — Probistip — Probistip
4. Primary School ‘Tosho Arsov’ — Stip — Stip
The computations for each object are presented as an attachment to the tender documentation in the format MS Excel and they are delivered filled with prices as part of the bid are attached in the part of the financial proposal in the ESPP.
The drawings are given in a separate folder, as an attachment to the tender documentation in PDF format.
Wherever a reference is made to certain standards and markings to be met in relation to equipment and materials, the performed work or tests, the regulations of the most recent current editions or effective revised standards and markings shall apply. Wherever a reference is made to a particular manufacturer, brand, model, etc. The provision stipulates that the offered materials and equipment may be from another manufacturer, brand, model, etc. Provided that they are equivalent to those requested.
