— Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where the economic operator is established;

— Certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that a minor penalty…

— Certificate of completed registration at the Agency for Electronic Communications as an operator providing public telecommunication services in landline telephony, i.e. an operator of public telecommunication networks. (applies to each member of the group in case the bid is submitted by a group of economic operators — JV).

— Copy of the Certificate of completed registration at the Agency for Electronic Communications as an operator providing public telecommunication services in landline telephony, i.e. an operator of public telecommunication networks.
