Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— total turnover in the past 3 years (2014/15/16) of 150 000 000 MKD (1hundred fifty million denars),

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Copy of minimum 2 (two) realized agreements in the past three years (2014, 2015 and 2016 ending on the day of opening bids) for construction/adaptation/reconstruction/rehabilitation of facilities of civil engineering of which 1 (one) with a minimum value of 10 000 000 MKD (ten million denars), for all submitted agreements also certificates for quality and timely performance of works should be submitted, and the certificate should compulsorily contain information about the subject matter of the agreement and the value, only a certificate issued by the orderer of the realized agreement is acceptable, otherwise the certificate is unacceptable — Certificate from the Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia which confirms the number of employees issued not earlier than 15 days from the day indicated as deadline for delivery of the bids and a copy from an authorization A for construction.

— minimum 2 (two) realized agreements in the past three years (2014, 2015 and 2015 ending on the day of opening bids) for construction/adaptation/reconstruction/rehabilitation of facilities of civil engineering of which 1 (one) with a minimum value of 10 000 000 MKD (ten million denars), for all submitted agreements also certificates for quality and timely performance of works should be submitted, and the certificate should compulsorily contain information about the subject matter of the agreement and the value, only a certificate issued by the orderer of the realized agreement is acceptable with accurately indicated information (facility, value and time of construction). — minimum 5 (five) employees, of which 2 (two) engineers (architect/construction engineer/mechanical engineer/electrical engineer), authorization B for construction, authorization A for construction is also acceptable.
