Construction of part of water pipeline for water supply in inhabited areas of Lipkovo Municipality from a central separated manhole to a connection manhole for Nikustak, Lipkovo Municipality

The construction of part of water pipeline for water supply in inhabited areas of Lipkovo Municipality from a central separated manhole to a connection manhole for Nikustak, Lipkovo Municipality will be implemented in compliance with the Basic Project for Water Pipeline for Water Supply of Inhabited Areas of Lipkovo Municipality from a Central Separated Manhole to a Connection Manhole for Nikustak – developed by Hydro Energy Engineering DOO Skopje holding a technical number LI-IV-240/14 of June 2014 and Construction Approval No 17-76/66 of date 15.9.2014 issued by the mayor of Lipkovo Municipality.
The Technical Decision on Water Supply Pipeline Side-2 from Central Separating Manhole (CSM) to a separate manhole for Nikustak includes all constructions necessary for normal system functioning, such as a Central separating manhole, regulation measurement manhole, separate manholes, exhaust valves, bridge passages and anchor blocks.
The pipeline route begins in the Central separate manhole located outside of Lipkovo Village and stretches towards villages of Otlja, Matejche, Ropalce, Vistica up to the separate manhole for Nikustak Village and it is defined as Side 2.
This side stretches in parallel to the regional road Р102 along the asphalt edge almost throughout the whole length, and in some parts, where the area is occupied by private constructions it also occupies the asphalt layer itself. In the part of Lipkovo Village, up to Matejche Village, the pipeline stretches throughout the right side of the regional road, and after leaving Matejche Village to the end it is brought on the left side of the road calculated in direction of the station reference system (stacionaža).
Polyethylene pipes of different diameter are recommended for this pipeline.
The pipeline route begins in the Central separate manhole located outside of Lipkovo Village and stretches towards villages of Otlja, Matejche, Ropalce, Vistica up to the separate manhole for Nikustak Village and it is defined as Side 2.This side stretches in parallel to the regional road Р102 along the asphalt edge almost throughout the whole length, and in some parts, where the area is occupied by private constructions it also occupies the asphalt layer itself. In the part of Lipkovo Village, up to Matejche Village, the pipeline stretches throughout the right side of the regional road.

The following profile pipes are planned in Side 2 section of km 0+000.00 to km 3+854.90:
— PE 100 OF 355 mm NP 16 bars L=1177.28 m;
— PE 100 OF 315 mm NP 16 bars L=1550.77 m;
— PE 100 OF 280 mm NP 16 bars L=868.73 m;
— PE 100 OF 280 mm NP 10 bars L=258.11 m.
The following facilities are planned along the pipeline for its proper and normal functioning:
— Exhaust valve
The diameter of the exhaust valve depends on the diameter of the pipeline being emptied; an exhaust diameter of Ф 100 mm is established.
Along the route of this pipeline there are 9 manholes for exhaust valves.
— Air valve
In points where vertical passing upstream of the pipeline occurs, air valves for exhaust of air during pipeline charging or pipeline operation are planned, as well as for air suction during pipeline discharge.
Along the route of the section covered by this side, a total number of 7 manholes for air valves is planned.
— Bridge passage
Water Pipeline Side-2 along its route crosses existing watercourses in two points, namely: Lipkovo River (stat. 0+491,51 km) and Matejche River (stat. 3+535,26 km),
Separate pipeline facilities
— Separate manhole
Separate manholes for all inhabited areas where the water supply will be carried out have been placed, or more specifically: Separate manholes for Otlja and Matejche. Also, in the beginning of Side 2 a regulation measurement manhole Nikustak is planned. The incorporation of hydro mechanical equipment in these four manholes is planned to be carried out after the completion of the whole Side in order to avoid equipment expiration after putting Side 2 in full operation.
