Construction of the Main Collective Faecal Collector for the City of Kocani and the Village of Orizari and Part of the Collector System for City of Kocani

The collector system is composed of a main collective faecal collector and secondary faecal collectors that connects the existing mixed network to the main collector that transports the wastewater to the WWTP. The main collecting faecal collector is with a total length of 9 500 m and is planned to be performed in two sections: the first section is with a length of 5208 m with a starting point in Orizari, to the border of the GUP coverage for the city of Kocani and the second section is with a length of 4292 m to the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
The current project refers to the construction of the first section of the main collective faecal collector and part of the collector system for the city of Kocani and is based on the "Project for the main collective faecal collector for the city of Kocani and village Orizari and part of the collector system for city of Kocani". The project provides for the construction of the first section of the main collector and the construction and reconstruction of the secondary collectors with which the existing mixed network will join the main collective collector. The construction of secondary collectors is not part of this tender procedure.
With the completion of this project, the following construction works will be performed:
— Proceeding, transport, connecting and installation of PP pipes SN10, L=6 m in total length of 5208 m, and that is PP ND 250 with length of 252 m, PP ND 315 with length of 1362 m, PP ND 400 with length of 707 m and PP ND 500 with a length of 2910 m,
— Proceeding, transporting, connecting and installing 94 PP mounting shafts DN 800 and DN 1000 with variable height,
— Construction of 17 reinforced concrete revision shafts,
— Construction of one (1) overflowing shaft of the main collector,
— Construction of two passes over the road (one regional road and one national road),
— Construction two passes over the Kocanska River,
— Protection from the erosion of the Kochanska River by placing of gabions on two locations in the riverbed of the Kochanska River.
The individual bill of quantities and recapitulas are given as an attachment to the announcement, in MS Excel format and they are to be delivered filled out with prices as part of the offer, electronically signed and attached as the part of the financial proposal in the ESPP.

Notice:
The economic operator should take into consideration that for the realisation of the procurement, a traffic project for a temporary traffic regime will have to be developed, and that is the responsibility of the contractor in accordance with Article 84 of the Law on Construction.
