… persons for a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public-private partnerships contracts has not been issued against him/her;

… persons, for a secondary sentence for provisional or permanent prohibition to execute a specific business activity which has not been issued against him/her;

- Confirmation that there is no legally effective judgment imposing a misdemeanour sanction involving a prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, which is imposed against him/her.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Reference list of implemented services by the economic operator, related to the field of developing test model for economic replicability of wholesale services, incl. provision of at least 2 confirmation certificates by the economic operator from end users for implemented services related to the field of developing test model for economic replicability of wholesale services or, if such certificates cannot be provided due to reasons not controlled by the economic operator, only its statements for the services rendered;

— Statement on the contracted staff with know-how in the field of services for developing a test model for economic replicability of wholesale services to be contracted for the relevant procurement, and who will be subject to evaluation (offered experts – subject matter of the evaluation) and will be in charge of implementing the contract,

— Statement on additionally contracted technical staff and technical bodies with know-how in the field of services for developing a test model for economic replicability of wholesale services, irrespective of the fact whether they belong directly to the economic operator, who will not be subject to evaluation.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

Economic operator has to have implemented at least 2 services related to developing a test model for economic replicability of wholesale services;

— Economic operator has to have at its disposal staff with know-how in the field of services related to developing a test model for economic replicability of wholesale services, who will be contracted for the relevant procurement and will be subject to evaluation (offered experts – subject matter of the evaluation),

— The economic operator has to have at its disposal additional technical staff and technical bodies with know-how in the field of services related to developing a test model for economic replicability of wholesale services, irrespective of the fact whether they belong directly to the economic operator, who will not be subject to evaluation.
