IV.2.1) To evidence their personal situation economic operators shall present the documents as follows:

— a statement made by the economic operator that no final judgment has been rendered to the economic operator for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry in the period of the last five years,

— a certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceedings have been instituted by a competent authority,

— a certificate stating that no liquidation proceedings have been instituted by a competent authority,

— certificate of paid taxes and other public dues issued by the competent authority in the country in which the economic operator is registered,

— a certificate issued by the Register of sentences on committed crimes by legal entities, stating that no criminal sanction has been pronounced -…

… prohibition from participation in public call procedures, awarding of public procurement contracts of public-private partnership partnerships contracts,

… temporary or permanent interdiction for exercising certain business activity, and,

— a certificate stating that no criminal sanction has been pronounced under a final judgment – interdiction to exercise a certain profession or business activity or duty, i.e. temporary interdiction for exercising certain business activity issued by the competent authority.

IV.2.2) Capacity to perform professional activity of economic operators

— document of registered business activity,

— document of registered business activity as proof that it has been registered as a physical or legal party for carrying out an activity related to the subject of procurement or evidence of participation in a respective professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country of registration. In the Republic of Macedonia, the competent institution for the issuance of such document is the Central Register of the Republic of Macedonia,

— license A for execution of the 1st category of structures based on the Construction Act.

Техничка и професионална способност:

List of main deliveries (Annex 4) of the bidders or candidates made in the last 3 years, with values, dates, buyers thereof (contracting authorities or economic operators) and obtained certificates by the recipients or if such certificates cannot be obtained out of reasons beyond the economic operators’ control, only statement of carried out deliveries in order to evidence the meeting of the minimum criterion subject of sub-item 5.5.1.2.

List of technical equipment needed for realization of the procurement in question under Annex 3 Table 3.1, by providing of an annex with evidence as follows:

— a statement of technical equipment and capacity of the economic operator and other potentials it has at disposal on order to execute the works and assure quality, for each minimum requirement from Table - Annex 3 Table 3.1, i.e. Annex 3 - Table 3.2.3.

List of engaged professional and technical staff in compliance with Annex 3 Table 3.3e 3.4 necessaries for the realization of the very procurement, by submission of Annex with evidence as follows:

— evidence of engaged professional and technical staff according to Table 3.3., i.e. Annex 3, Table 3.4.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1) The economic operator shall have performed at least 2 works of the same or similar type with the subject of procurement in the last 5 years, at high voltage gas pipelines and execution of hot tapping works (pressure tapping) for which it submits a bid.

2) The economic operator shall have technical equipment and capacity to carry out the works connected to the subject of public procurement in accordance to the minimum requirements defined in Annex 3 for Part I Table 3.1 i.e. Annex No.3 for Part I, Table 3.2 specified in the present tender documentation. The economic operator shall be staffed for quality and timely execution of the works, the subject of procurement in accordance to the minimum requirements defined in Annex 3 for Part I Table 3.3 i.e. Annex No.3 for Part I, Table 3.4.
