IV.2.1) To prove their personal situation economic operators shall present the documents as follows:
— Statement made by the economic operator that no final judgment has been rendered to the economic operator for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry in the period of the last five years;
— Certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority;
— Certificate stating that no liquidation proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority;
— Certificate of paid taxes and other public dues issued by the competent authority in the country in which the economic operator is registered;
— Certificate issued by the Register of sentences on committed crimes by legal entities, stating that no secondary sentence —…

Documents necessary to establish the economic capacity of the economic operator:
Extract from the Company's total turnover (data from the Income statement issued by a competent authority, i.e. audited Income Statement) for the past three financial years showing that the economic operator has generated total income for the past three years of at least 30 000 000 MKD, in total for the past three financial years- copy of the valid relevant insurance for compensation in case of professional risk with full coverage of the damage which may occur during the performance of the respective contract.

— Reference list of provided services, with certificates issued by the users of the provided services or signed contracts based on which it can be concluded that the economic operator has successfully completed –minimum 2 (two) replacements of valves of minimum 8' in the gas as oil industry, for the last three years, -minimum 2 (two) replacements of valves and actuators of oil pipelines and gas pipelines, for the last three years, — minimum 10 (ten) services of valves of minimum 8' in the gas and oil industry, for the last three years.
