To prove the personal situation, the economic operator should submit the following documents — a statement from the economic operator that in the last 5 years he has not been pronounced a final verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering:

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— certificate from the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that…

… it has not been imposed a minor penalty ban on participation in public call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and public-private partnership agreements,

… a minor penalty has not been imposed temporary or permanent ban on performing a particular activity,

— confirmation that a final verdict has not pronounced a misdemeanor sanction — a ban on performing a profession, activity or duty, that is, a temporary ban on performing a particular activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

For the registered medicines, the economic operator shall provide for the offered goods an authorization for placing on the market a finished medicinal product or temporary or permanent approval for parallel import, in accordance with the Law on Medicinal Products and Medical Devices.

For unregistered medicines — The economic operator shall provide for the offered goods a document permitting import (import authorization) in accordance with the Law on medicines and medical devices.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

For the registered medicines decision for placing on the market a finished medicinal product or temporary or permanent approval for parallel import, in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.

For unregistered medicines — Import license (import authorization) in accordance with the Law on medicines and medical devices.
