— Statement by the economic operator than it has not been sentenced, in the last 5 years, with
effective court decision for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering.
— Certificate That It Is Not Subject To Bankruptcy Procedure Issued By Competent Authority
— Certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by competent authority.
— — Certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country
where that economic operator is established.
— Certificate from the Legal Entities Penal Registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction-prohibition to
participate in public competitions, contract award procedures and PPP award procedures.
— Certificate from the Legal Entities Penal Registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction — temporary or
permanent prohibition to perform certain professional activity.
— Certificate that it is not being sanctioned for misdemeanor with an effective court decision, resulting in
prohibition for pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

Ability of the economic to perform business activity:
Document for registered activity
To establish the qualification of performing professional
activity of the economic operators which performs
activity related to the subject matter of the contract
for public procurement or evidence that it belongs to
appropriate association, economic operators shall
submit document for performing registered activity
according to the regulations in the country where it is
registered.
IV.2.3) Economic and financial stationing of the
economic operator:
Documents for economic and financial state of operator:
Statement for the trade of the company (profit and
loss account data issued by the competent authority)
and where is applicable the trade in the area where
the contract for public procurement operates for the
last three financial years, based on the date when the
company was founded or started working and from the
accessibility of that information.
Техничка и професионална способност:
Documents on the technical or professional ability of the
economic operator:
— to deliver evidence for at least 3 successful
contracts, contracted in the last 3 years (2012,
2013, 2014) for similar subject matter.
— to own at least 1 vehicle for transport of food products
and appropriate vehicle with refrigerant in order to
deliver safely and on time the ordered goods, in spite of
their belonging to the economic operator.
Minimum qualification requirements on the technical
and professional ability of the economic operator:
— List of main bidder deliveries or candidates for the last
three years with costs, dates, purchasers (contracting
authorities or economic operators), certificate for
performed delivery from recipient or statement for
performed services if that certificate shall not be
supplied because of reasons beyond the economic
operator.
— Statement of economic operator that disposes the
necessary vehicles.
