In order to prove its personal circumstances, the economic operator should submit the following documents:

— Statement of the economic operator that, within the last five years, he/she has not had any legally effective judgment for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering, pronounced against him/her;

— Confirmation that he/she is not subject to a…

… bankruptcy procedure opened by a competent authority;

… liquidation procedure opened by a competent authority;

— Confirmation of paid taxes, contributions and other public dues issued by a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered;

— Confirmation from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes by Legal…

… Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against him/her;

… Persons, that a secondary sentence for provisional or permanent prohibition to execute a specific business activity has not been issued against him/her;

— Confirmation that there is no legally effective judgment imposing a misdemeanour sanction involving prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against him/her.

In order to prove its capacity to perform a professional economic activity, the economic operator has to submit a document on registered economic activity as proof that it is registered as a natural or legal persons performing the economic activity related to the subject matter of the public procurement contract or proof that it belongs to an appropriate professional association as per the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

The economic operator shall prove that it meets the minimum requirement with a statement on the overall turnover of the enterprise (data from the income statement issued by a competent authority, that is to say, an audited income statement), and, where appropriate, on the turnover in the sector covered by the public procurement contract, and not more than for the last 3 financial years for which such information is available, depending on the date when the enterprise was been established or has commenced operations, and depending on the availability of such information.

Minimum qualification requirements on the economic and financial standing of the economic operator: to have generated revenue not lower than the estimated value of the procurement in at least one of the last 3 years.

Техничка и професионална способност:

Documents on the technical or professional ability of the economic operator:

List of successfully completed contracts related to the subject matter of the procurement in the last 3 years, including values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing references for completed deliveries issued by the recipients or, if such references may not be provided due to reasons outside the control of the economic operator, only by a statement of the latter on the completed deliveries

Statement on the use of a system for cashless payment.

Statement on availability, that is to say, ensuring at least one fuel station in the area of the City of Skopje, minimum one fuel station in the areas of the municipalities of Ohrid, Bitola, Gevgelija, Stip, Kumanovo, Veles and Tetovo.

Experience in successfully completed contracts related to the procurement subject matter in the last 3 years.

Technical capability to use a cashless payment system.

Availability, that is to say, ensuring at least one fuel station in the area of the City of Skopje, minimum one fuel station in the areas of the municipalities of Ohrid, Bitola, Gevgelija, Stip, Kumanovo, Veles, and Tetovo.
