IV.2.1) To evidence their personal situation economic operators shall present the documents as follows:

— Statement made by the economic operator that no final judgment has been rendered to the economic operator for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or money laundry in the period of the last five years,

— Certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceedings have been instituted by a competent authority,

— Certificate stating that no liquidation proceedings have been instituted by a competent authority,

— Certificate of paid taxes and other public dues issued by the competent authority in the country in which the economic operator is registered,

— Certificate issued by the Register of sentences on committed crimes by legal entities, stating that no criminal sanction has been…

… pronounced - prohibition from participation in public call procedures, awarding of public procurement contracts of public-private partnership partnerships contracts,

… pronounced– temporary or permanent interdiction for exercising certain business activity, and,

— A certificate stating that no criminal sanction has been pronounced under a final judgment – interdiction to exercise a certain profession or business activity or duty, i.e. temporary interdiction for exercising certain business activity issued by the competent authority.

IV.2.2) Capacity to perform professional activity of economic operators

— Document of registered business activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Statement of the company’s total turnover (Income statement information issued by the competent authority, i.e. an audited Income statement) for the last three financial years, showing that the economic operator has generated a total income of at least MKD 180 000 000.00 in the last 3 financial years.

— Economic operator’s total income of at least MKD 180 000 000.00 in the last 3 financial years

Техничка и професионална способност:

1) Reference list of at least 2 (two) references on a quality realisation of projects in the field of the public procurement subject 2) Certificates by the end users the business activity of which is natural gas transport. The data contained in the certificates shall reflect as follows: size of implementation, i.e. over 60 connected metering stations as well as implementation of the programming equipment as failover redundant system at two locations 3) Certificate (Manufacturer authorisation form) by the manufacturer of the programme equipment (software) for participation the tender or submitted contract on business – technical cooperation between the economic operator and the manufacturer of the programme equipment.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1) The bidder shall prove that it holds references - at least 2 (two) verified references on the quality realisation of projects in the field of the public procurement subject. The references shall be verified by the users the business activity of which is natural gas transport. The reference implementation shall be of the appropriate size, i.e. over 60 connected metering stations as well as the implementation of the programming equipment as failover redundant system at two locations. These data should be reflected in the users’ certificates. 2) The equipment manufacturer shall have established a Technical support centre. 3) The bidder shall be authorized by the manufacturer (Manufacturer Authorization Form) for participation the tender. The certificate refers to the programming equipment which is actually the core of the technical solution. On the other hand, the bidder may submit a contract on business – technical cooperation with the manufacturer of the programming equipment.
