IV.2.1) To evidence their personal situation economic operators shall present the documents as follows:
— Statement made by the economic operator that no final judgment has been rendered to the economic operator for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundry in the period of the last five years,
— Certificate stating that no bankruptcy proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority,
— Certificate stating that no liquidation proceedings have been institutes by a competent authority,
— Certificate of paid taxes and other public dues issued by the competent authority in the country in which the economic operator is registered,
— Certificate issued by the register of sentences on committed crimes by legal entities, stating that no criminal sanction has been pronounced - prohibition from participation in public call procedures, awarding of public procurement contracts of public-private partnership partnerships contracts,

— Certificate issued by the Register of sentences on committed crimes by legal entities, stating that no criminal sanction has been pronounced– temporary or permanent interdiction for exercising certain business activity, and,
— Certificate stating that no criminal sanction has been pronounced under a final judgment – interdiction to exercise certain profession or business activity or duty, i.e. temporary interdiction for exercising certain business activity issued by the competent authority.

IV.2.2) Capacity to perform professional activity of economic operators
Document of registered business activity.
1) Document of registered business activity related to the implementation of the subject of the public procurement and
2) Permit for conducting insurance activities in the respective class of insurance subject of the public procurement.
Техничка и професионална способност:
— Tables for adopted retention for 2017 for each class of the requested coverage reported to the Insurance Supervision Agency as well as tables for declared maximum retention amount for 2018 for each class of the requested coverage signed by the responsible person. Copies of active reinsurance agreements with list of reinsurers included in the contracts with rating of the reinsurers of at least A by standard and poor’s rating or an equivalent of such rating agency — Statement of the authorized signatory that for the period from 2015 to 2016, it has total gross reimbursed damages of at least 250 000 000,00 MKD — Statement of the authorized signatory that it has a total income on the account of gross premiums written for 2015 and 2016 in amount of 600 000 000,00 MKD per year.
