Extract from the overall turnover of the enterprise (datum from the profit and loss statement issued by a competent body, i.e. an audited profit and loss statement) and, where appropriate, from the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract for maximum the last 3 financial years for which such information is available depending on the date when the company was established or commenced with operation and depending on the availability of such information.

A list of reference for realized contracts of delivered goods in the field of subject procurement performed in the last 3 years, which should include the following data: buyers' name and address, name of the subject of the contract, date when the subject was concluded and realized, quantity and value and confirmation for deliveries performed timely and effectively which refer to the contracts given in the list of reference, which prove the fulfilment of the minimal condition or a statement for performed deliveries if the economic operators cannot provide the required confirmation for reasons out of their control.
