Услови за учество
Способност за вршење на стручната дејност:

— Document for registered activity (DRA form) as evidence that it is registered as a natural or legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject matter of the public procurement contract or proof that they belong to a professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered,

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Appropriate statements from banks — Report on the balance sheet verified by the competent body, i.e. audited balance sheet, or extracts from the balance sheet report, in cases when the publishing of the balance sheet is regulated by law in the country where the economic operator is registered;

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— balance sheet and income statements certified by a competent authority for the last 3 years, and

— the economic operator shall have a minimum of 12 000 000 MKD current assets from performing services related to the procurement subject, in the last three years (2014, 2015 and 2016).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Statement and proof for hiring technical staff, regardless of whether they are employed directly by the economic operator or temporarily hired, of at least 15 employees, out of which a minimum of 6 drivers, for which a driving license is to be submitted (as evidenced by M1/M2 from)

— A list of deliveries conducted in the past 5 years, of at least five deliveries for winter street maintenance, and at least 5 certificates for quality delivery of the contracts that shall be proven by submitting a copy of the contracts and a copy of the certificates.

— Statement on the technical equipment available, and of competence of the economic operator and other resources available to provide the specific service. Also the bidder should list the alternative equipment they would suggest for use within the contract, together with an explanation of the proposal.

— The maximum mechanization and equipment that should be available to the economic operator during the entire duration of the Contract realization, and which shall be proven with driving licenses or a document that proves ownership and functioning of the mechanization, includes the following:

— at least one special vehicle with a plow and salt spreader with a minimum of 8-12 tons capacity,

— at least two universal vehicles with a movable plow and salt spreader with a minimum of 2-6 tons capacity,

— a special vehicle for snow plowing in difficult-to-reach locations and priority buildings with a salt spreader capacity of up to 2 tons,

— a minimum of one combination truck, and

— 150 tons of industrial salts in storage.
