— Decision on wholesale of chemicals, under the law on chemicals, for the following groups: Laboratory supplies for gas chromatography ( excluding items nr. 94, column LC-18 SPE Tubes, 6 ml (1 gm), for GC or equivalent, and 95 — 16 mm empty glass cell with screw cap, or equivalent, laboratory tests and kits, laboratory chemicals and reagents, supplies for Organophosphorus pesticides, reagents and standards for quality control of water, standards and reference solutions and chemicals and consumables ( excluding items nr. 319 — Glass columns with PTFE security valve, 300 х 13 х 10,5 mm long).

— A marketing authorization of medical device, or a temporary or permanent approval for parallel import, in accordance with the Law for medicines and medical devices (for items nr. 168, 169, 170, 171, 174, 175, 176, 177, 194, 195 and 196);

For the unregistered medical devices:

— Import license (intervening import approval) in accordance with the Law for medicines and medical devices ( for items nr. 168, 169, 170, 171, 174, 175, 176, 177, 194, 195 and 196);

For chemicals:

Decision on registration in the register of chemicals placed on the market issued by the Ministry of Health of RM, in accordance with the law on chemicals, for the following groups: laboratory supplies for gas chromatography (excluding items nr. 94, column LC-18 SPE Tubes, 6 ml (1 gm), for GC or equivalent, and 95 — 16 mm empty glass cell with screw cap, or equivalent, laboratory tests and kits, laboratory chemicals and reagents, supplies for Organophosphorus pesticides, (excluding item nr. 231 — Selective gas chromatography (GC) capillary column for organophosphorus pesticides) — Reagents and standards for quality control of water, standards and reference solutions and chemicals and consumables (excluding items nr. 319 — Glass columns with PTFE security valve, 300 х 13 х 10,5 mm long).

— For the offered goods, the economic operator should provide marketing authorization of medical device, or a temporary or permanent approval for parallel import, in accordance with the Law for medicines and medical devices (for items nr. 168, 169, 170, 171, 174, 175, 176, 177, 194, 195 and 196);

For the unregistered medical products:

— For the offered goods, the economic operator should provide a document which permits import (intervening import approval) in accordance with the Law for medicines and medical devices (for items nr. 168, 169, 170, 171, 174, 175, 176, 177, 194, 195 and 196);

For chemicals:

— For the offered goods, the economic operator should provide a document which confirms that they are recorded in the register for chemicals which are placed on the market, for the following groups: laboratory supplies for gas chromatography (excluding items nr. 94, column LC-18 SPE Tubes, 6 ml (1 gm), for GC or equivalent, and 95 — 16 mm empty glass cell with screw cap, or equivalent, laboratory tests and kits, laboratory chemicals and reagents, supplies for Organophosphorus Pesticides, (excluding item nr. 231 — Selective gas chromatography (GC) capillary column for organophosphorus pesticides) — Reagents and standards for quality control of water, standards and reference solutions and chemicals and consumables (excluding items nr. 319 — Glass columns with PTFE security valve, 300 х 13 х 10,5 mm long).
