The subject of the public procurement contract covers the following services:
— maintenance of building management system,
— maintenance and servicing of the system for automatic fire extinguishing and fire alarm, moisture warning,
— maintenance and servicing of the power system,
— maintenance and servicing of the heating, cooling, ventilation system,
— maintenance and servicing of water and sewerage network and sanitary water,
— maintenance and servicing of inventory and fixed assets.
The subject of the contract includes the replacement of spare parts at the request of the Contracting Authority.

No legal form shall be required from the group of economic operators if selected as winner.
