Document for registered activity.

— statement of the economic operator proving that in the last 5 years has had an effective sentence for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,

— certificate that a bankruptcy procedure has not been initiated by the competent body,

— certificate that a liquidation procedure has not been initiated by the competent body,

— certificate of paid taxes, benefits, and other public duties, issued by the competent body in the country where the economic operator is registered,

— certificate from the registry of penalties for committed acts of crime by legal entities that the economic operator has not been issued an additional penalty of a ban on participating in procedures for a public call for bids, for awarding public procurement contracts and for contracts on the public-private partnership,

— certificate from the Registry of penalties for committed acts of crime by legal entities that the economic operator has not been issued an additional penalty of a temporary or permanent ban on performing a certain activity.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

2.3.1: To prove the capability of doing professional-activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as proof that it is registered as a legal entity for the activity related to the subject of the contract or evidence that it belongs to professional-association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

2.3.2: Certificate issued by the competent authority for the fulfillment of specific conditions for the activity prescribed under the law relating to the subject matter of the contract.

The decision that is registered in the register of legal entities for wholesale of medical devices issued by the Agency for medicines and medical supplies under the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.

2.5.2: The economic operator shall prove the fulfillment of the minimum requirements of the sub-section.

2.5.1: By submitting the:

— statement for the engaged technical personnel and technical bodies, regardless of whether they directly belong to the economic operator in charge of installing the equipment, with a provided and submitted the certificate for a trained person,

— statement for engaged technical personnel and technical…

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

2.5.1: In order to qualify as capable of carrying out the relevant public procurement contract in terms of its technical or professional capability, the economic operator must meet the following minimum conditions - High-technical technical and educated staff (minimum one person), in charge (minimum one person), in charge of maintenance of the equipment with technical assistance, - High-technical technical and educated personnel (at least one person), for training of the personnel who will work with the equipment,
