— Document for registered activity — License to perform energy activity — trade with crude oil, oil derivatives, bio fuels and transport fuels, issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission of Republic of Macedonia, pursuant to the Law on Energy (Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia No. 16/11, 136/11, 79/13, 164/13, 41/14, 151/14, 33/15, 192/2015, 215/2015, 6/2016) in a manner described in the Rulebook on Licenses for Performing Energy Activity (Official Gazette of Republic of Macedonia No. 143/11, 78/13 and 53/15), signed and certified copy by the bidder marked ‘true to the original’.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

Extract of the total turnover of the company (data from the balance sheet issued by competent authority i.e. audited income statement and, where appropriate, data on the turnover in the area covered by the public procurement contract for the last 3 years mostly, for which there is such information depending on the date on which the company has been established or started operating and depending on the availability of such information. If the balance sheets and the income statements have been subjected to a commercial audit, the economic operator shall deliver the same, certified, i.t. issued by a competent authority as a proof that the same meets the minimum requirement for determining the economic and financial standing. Competent authority in Republic of Macedonia is the Central Register of Republic of Macedonia.

The economic operator should have generated income not lower than the estimated value of the procurement in at least one of the last three years.

Техничка и професионална способност:

List of successfully realized contracts in connection to the procurement's subject matter in the last three years, along with the values of the contracts, dates of conclusion, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators) by providing a confirmation letter for performed deliveries issued by the receivers or, if unable to provide such confirmation letters from reasons not in control of the economic operator, he should provide only his statement for performed deliveries.
