Proof — list of minimum 2 (two) deliveries, with values, dates, purchasers (contracting bodies or economic operators), provisioning of certificates for minimum 2 (two) performed deliveries of the same or similar volume, as well as subject of procurement, issued by the recipients, or if such certificates are not available, statements for minimum 2 (two) performed deliveries issued by the economic operator.

Regarding the educational and professional qualifications of the competent staff (technical staff):
Proof — for the purpose of proving the condition for minimum 1 (one) certified person for the position Project Leader, by submitting a statement that the person at disposal or the hired person (regardless of whether the person is directly employed at the economic operator) possesses university diploma in electrical engineering/information technology engineer, minimum 5 (five) years of working experience and certificate proving the professional capability for work with ArcGIS platform or equivalent certificate proving that the person at disposal or the hired person possesses MSc. diploma in the area of project management or certificate proving the professional capability for leading projects, PMP, Waterfall, Agile, PRiSM, PRINCE 2, Scrum or equivalent and that the person at disposal or the hired person has realized project — leading corporate GIS project as a project leader.
