Minimum ‘B’ valid Licence for designing issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of RM, according to the Law on Construction.
Економска и финансиска состојба:
To have achieved a minimum total income of 10 000 000 MKD for the last three years in total.
Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
Balance sheets certified by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheets, or balance sheet excerpts where the publication of the balance sheet is required under the Law of the country where the economic operator is registered.
Техничка и професионална способност:
To dispose, for the entire duration of the contract, with professional and technical staff and employees who will be directly involved in the implementation of the contract, as follows: To have permanently employed at least 7 persons with a higher education degree with accompanying certificates of education of which 4 (four) must have B authorization for design; -To possess the necessary technical equipment for the realization of the subject of the contract, i.e., to have a licensed software program on CAD platform; — To prove that he has experience in the field of the subject of the procurement, i.e., to have at least 10 certificates for successful completion of works of the same or similar nature.

Statement for having at least 7 (seven) employees with higher education degrees with accompanying certificates of education, of which 4 (four) must have B authorization for design. — Certificate of employed personnel issued by a competent authority which mediates in employment (for example, the Employment agency in the Republic of Macedonia) or a List of registration/termination forms by compulsory social insurance for a business entity from the Agency of Employment of RM — Statement of technical capacity (equipment) and relevant proof of possessing a licensed software program on CAD platform — at least 10 certificates for successful completion of works of the same or similar nature.
