— Statement of the economic operator that they have not been imposed an effective judgement for criminal association, corruption, fraud or money laundering.

— Statement that no bankruptcy procedure has been started by a competent authority.

— Statement that no liquidation procedure has been started by a competent authority.

— Statement for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees issued by a competent authority from the country where the economic operator has been registered.

— Statement by the Register of fines for crimes committed by legal entities that no ban on participation in public procurement bidding, awarding public procurement contracts and contracts in public private partnerships has been imposed as a secondary penalty.

— Statement by the Registry of fines for crimes committed by legal entities that no temporary or permanent ban on performing given activity has been imposed as a secondary penalty.

— Statement by the Register of fines for crimes committed by legal entities that no ban on performing a profession, activity or duty, or temporary ban on performing certain activity, has been imposed as an infringement sanction.

For the purposes of proving its capacity to perform professional activity, an economic operator should submit a document on registered activity as a proof that it has been registered as natural or legal entity for the activity related to the item of procurement subject to the public procurement contract or a proof it belongs to a suitable professional association pursuant of regulations in the country where it has been registered.

Економска и финансиска состојба:

— Balance sheet and Profit and Loss Account issued by a competent authority, i.e. revised balance sheet or extracts from the balance sheet when the publication of the balance sheet is subject to a law in the country of registration of the economic operator.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— Overall revenue of at least 5 000 000 (five million) MKD in the last three years (2014, 2015 and 2016).

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Statement including a reference list which shall list at least 10 books or textbooks in the last three (3) years (2014, 2015, 2016) by title, year of printing and ISBN number.

— Statement that they have at their availability at least one offset printing machine.

— Certificate from an Employment Agency attesting to the employment of at least 10 (ten) permanent staff members not older than 15 days as of the deadline for submission of bids under this public procurement procedure.

— Statement attesting to the availability of at least five (5) distribution vehicles and copy of the traffic permits thereof.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— To have printed at least 10 books or textbooks in the last three years (2014, 2015, 2016) by title, year of printing and ISBN.

— To have available at least one offset printing machine.

— To have at least 10 (ten) permanent staff members, and

— To have at least at least five (5) vehicles for the distribution of textbooks.
