In order to prove its personal status, the economical operator should submit the following documents:
— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past five years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering
— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority
— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered
— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced
… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced
— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.
Техничка и професионална способност:
Documents necessary to prove the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:
- List of main deliveries (installation, configuration, integration and training) of bidders or candidates made in the last three years, including values, dates, buyers, providing a minimum of one (one) confirmation for completed delivery of an integrated system for audio and video recording in a state institution in the Republic of Macedonia including installation, configuration, integration and training for an integrated system for audio and video recording, storage, management and streaming of content, based on standalone audio/video IP communication codecs and central server. - Statement on the technical equipment of the economic operator for the performance of the specific works and for intervention when reporting defects in the warranty period. - The Economic Operator should submit certificates and M1/M2 forms for at least one person as proof of having employed a person who holds a certificate for completed training, performed and issued by the equipment manufacturer. - Statement of warranty of the equipment for a minimum of 1 year period, issued by the manufacturer of the equipment for the subject procurement

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
— The economic operator should have experience in relevant previously performed services in the Republic of Macedonia (installation, configuration, integration and training) of the same or similar nature with the subject of procurement and to prove the above by submitting a list of manufactured systems of the same or similar type. -The technical equipment of the economic operator for the performance of the specific works for intervention when reporting defects during the warranty period — the Economic Operator to have employed at least one person who holds a certificate of completed training, performed and issued by the manufacturer of the equipment. –Statement of warranty of the equipment for a minimum of 1 year period.
