In order to prove its personal condition the economic operator is obliged to submit the following documents:
— Statement of the economic operator that in the past five years it was not rendered a final judgment for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering,
— Confirmation by a competent organ that a…
… bankruptcy procedure was not opened,
… liquidation procedure was not opened,
— Confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent organ in the country where the economic operator was registered,
— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding contracts and agreements for public-private partnership has not been imposed on him,
— certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal persons that a minor penalty for temporary or permanent prohibition of a specific activity has not been imposed over him;
— confirmation that a final judgment — prohibition of professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity has not been imposed over him.
Capacity for performing professional activity of economic operator:
Document for registered activity.
In order to prove its capacity for performing professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as an evidence that it is registered as legal or natural entity for performing the activity related to the public procurement subject or an evidence that it is a member of a relevant professional association in accordance to the regulations of the country where it is registered.

Statement of the total turnover of the company (Income statement date issued by a competent organ, i.e. audit income statement and where relevant, turnover statement in the field covered by the public procurement contract for at most the last three financial years for which such data are available depending on the date on which the company was established or commenced operation and depending on the availability of such information. If the balance sheet and the income statement have been subject to commercial audit, the economic operator may submit as an evidence that it fulfills the minimum condition for determining the economic and financial capacity, without them being previously certified by a competent organ. If the balance sheet and the income statement have not been subject to commercial audit, the economic operator shall submit them certified, i.e. issued by a competent organ as an evidence that it fulfills the minimum condition for determining the economic and financial capacity. Competent organ in the Republic of Macedonia is the Central Register of the Republic of Macedonia.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:
In order to qualify itself as capable for performing the subject public procurement contract from the aspect of its economic and financial capacity, the economic operator shall fulfill the following minimum condition- it should have realized income not lower than the estimated value of the procurement in at least one of the last three years. If the economic operator performs the activity in a period less than three years, minimum condition for determining the economic and financial capacity is that the economic operator to have fulfilled the condition of paragraph 1 in the years for there are available data.

List of successfully realized contracts related to the procurement subject in the last three years, with included contract values dates of conclusion, buyers (contracting organs or economic operators), by providing confirmation for made deliveries issued by the beneficiaries or, if such confirmations may not be provided due to reasons out of control of the economic operator, only its statement for made deliveries. Statement for using a system of cashless payment and Statement for having at disposal, i.e. providing minimum one petrol station within a radius of at most 10 km distance from the headquarters of the contracting organ.
