In order to prove its capacity for performing professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as an evidence that it has been registered as natural or legal entity for performing the activity related to the public procurement subject or an evidence that it is a member of a relevant professional association in accordance to the regulations of the country where it is registered. When determining the capacity for performing professional activity of the economic operators, the Contracting organ shall also request evidence issued by a competent organ for meeting the special conditions for performing the activity prescribed pursuant to law, which are related to the subject of the contract. In order to prove its capacity for performing professional activity shall submit- Document for registered activity-DRD Form or confirmation for registered activity. –Decision for wholesale of medical devices pursuant to the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.

— For registered medical devices -Decision for putting into market circulation of medical device or temporary or permanent approval for parallel import, pursuant to the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices. For unregistered medical devices — Import license (approval for intervention import) pursuant to the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices.
