Monthly checks for maintenance and servicing of elevators and elevator installations in residential facilities managed by the Joint Stock Company for management of residential space and commercial properties of national significance, according to the specification for the cities of Skopje, Bitola, Resen, Demir Hisar, Kochani, Berovo, Delchevo, Makedonska Kamenica, Kichevo, Ohrid, Kavadarci, Prilep, Shtip and Veles. According to Article 20 of the ‘Regulations on the use and maintenance of elevators and transporters’ (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 26/09) regular maintenance and servicing of elevators and elevator installations in residential facilities managed by the Joint Stock Company for management of residential space and commercial properties of national significance, is performed once a month and covers the activities which are in accordance with the attached specification.
