— Document on registered activity should be lodged as evidence, certifying that the economic operator has been registered as a physical person or legal entity, to exercise the business operation within the scope of the object of the Public Procurement Contract, or lodge evidence that they are part of a corresponding professional association, in compliance to the regulations effective in the country where the economic operator has been registered.

Техничка и професионална способност:

1. Staff Directory, containing review data for the last three years, with enclosed diplomas for university degree obtained. In case the economic operator has been registered earlier, they should submit a list of professional and associate staff members, whose job description apply to the procurement object, where data should be included as of the day after the legal entity registration date.

2. Statement declaring that the economic operator possesses or has at disposal equipment for digitalisation of microfilms.

3. The economic operator should lodge evidence on possessing appropriate facilities for protection of non-conventional archiving materials, as stipulated by the Guidelines of SARM (State Archive of the Republic of Macedonia), Article 40, as published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 99 of 2.7.2014, or the Book of Regulations of Documentary Centres, Article 4, as published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 99 of 12.7.2013.

4. List of archiving services provided (digitalisation, description and recording documents, as well as selection and validation of archiving materials).

5. Statement allowing access to all human resources, hardware and software equipment, special and technical alignment, through a visit and discussion with key staff working for the economic operators that have applied for the project (the information obtained shall be retained for internal use only, for the needs of the evaluation process).

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

1. The Contracting Authority is required to have 4 (four) full-time staff members employed continuously in the last three years, who hold university degree — graduated archivists.

It is necessary that the Contracting Authority has at least 1 (one) full-time staff member, holding a university degree in the area of information technology, in compliance to Article 2 of the Book of Regulations on Human Resources, Technical and Facility Requirements that the documentary centres need to fulfil, as published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 99 of 12.7.2013.

2. The economic operator should possess or have at disposal equipment for digitalisation of microfilms.

3. The economic operator should possess or have at disposal an archive safe-deposit box, in compliance to the Guidelines of SARM (State Archive of the Republic of Macedonia), Article 40, as published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 99 of 02.07.2014, as minimum eligibility standard for retention and protection of non-conventional materials (microfilm tapes).

4. The economic operator should have experience in digitalisation (conversion) and archiving.

5. The economic operator shall enable access to all human resources, hardware and software equipment, spatial and technical alignment, through a visit and discussion with key staff working for the economic operators that have applied for the project (the information obtained shall be retained for internal use only, for the needs of the evaluation process).
