In order to prove its personal condition the economic operator is obliged to submit the following documents:
— Statement of the economic operator that in the past five years it was not rendered a final judgment for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering.
— Confirmation by a competent organ that a…

— Confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by a competent organ in the country where the economic operator was registered.

Capacity for performing professional activity of economic operator:
Document for registered activity.
The Bidder should be registered as a natural or legal entity for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract or to be a member of a relevant professional association in accordance to the regulations of the country where it is registered. In order to prove its capacity for performing professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity — DRD form or confirmation for registered activity. The document should be enclosed to the bid in original or a copy certified by the bidder.

The economic operator shall prove the meeting of the minimum conditions by submitting the following: 1.List of main same or similar deliveries and services rendered to bidders or candidates made in the last three years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting organs and/or economic operators), by providing minimum 3 confirmations for made deliveries issued by the receivers, or if such confirmations may not be provided due to reasons that are not under control of the economic operator, only its statement for made deliveries. 2. The bidder shall submit confirmation of minimum 2 (two) certified persons employed or engaged by the economic operator that own installation certificates and certificates for equipment maintenance in its warranty.

In order to qualify as capable for performing the subject public procurement contract from the aspect its technical or professional capacity, the economic operator shall meet the following minimum conditions: 1. Minimum 3 references for made deliveries and services rendered in the last three years, which shall include amounts, contracting organs and/or economic operators with contact persons and contract procurement subject. 2. Minimum 2 (two) certified persons employed or engaged by the economic operator that own installation certificates and certificates for equipment maintenance in its warranty.
