In order to prove its personal situation, the economic operator should provide the following documents — statement by the economic operator than it has not been sentenced, in the last 5 years, with effective court decision for participation in criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or money laundering — certificate that it is not subject to bankruptcy procedure issued by competent authority — certificate that it is not subject to liquidation procedure issued by competent authority — certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public duties by the competent authority in the country where that economic operator is established — certificate from the Legal Entities Penal Registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction — prohibition to participate in public competitions, contract award procedures and PPP award procedures — certificate from the Legal Entities Penal Registry that it is not being imposed a side sanction — temporary or permanent prohibition to perform certain professional activity — certificate that it is not being sanctioned for misdemeanour with an effective court decision, resulting in prohibition for pursuing professional activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing professional activity.

For Part 1 — Minimum 1 (one) contract for delivery, installation, commissioning and work training on automatic washbasins for buses — To have employed of minimum 1 (one) electrician and minimum 1 (one) mechanic holding a valid certificate indicating that the person is certified to install the specified equipment. For Part 2- Minimum 1 (one) realized service and maintenance agreement for automatic washbasins for buses. — To dispose of a minimum of 1 (one) electrician and a minimum of 1 (one) mechanic holding a valid certificate stating that the person is certified to maintain and perform service the specified equipment.

For Part 1- A list of main deliveries of bidders or candidates carried out in the last 3 years, with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing certificate of performed deliveries issued by the recipients or, if such certificates can not be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only a statement of performed deliveries should be provided, — Statement that the operator has employed 1 (one) electrician and minimum 1 (one) mechanic who possess a valid certificate which certifies that the person is certified to install the specified equipment. A copy of a valid certificate should be included for the employees. For Part 2 — A list of the main deliveries of bidders or candidates carried out in the last three years with values, dates, buyers (contracting authorities or economic operators), by providing a certificate for performed deliveries issued by the recipients or, if such certificates can not be provided for reasons beyond the control of the economic operator, only a statement on the performed deliveries needs to be submitted, — A statement that 1 (one) electrician and a minimum of 1 (one) mechanic have been employed and posses a valid certificate stating that the persons are certified to service the specified equipment. A copy of a valid certificate should be included for the employees.
