— Statement on the employed technical staff of minimum two persons, submitting a copy of sanitary passbook for performed health and hygiene control.
— Statement and description of the premises earmarked for the storage of goods.
— Statement for the possession of transport vehicles designated for the transport of goods, with a cooling device for fresh and frozen meat, with a photocopy of a driving license.
Minimum criteria for determining the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:
— To have at disposal technical staff of minimum two persons with completed health and hygiene control.
— To have at disposal designated and hygienic facilities for storing goods with mandatory cooling chambers — one room each — refrigerator for the maintenance of fresh meat for Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and Part 4 and a refrigerator for keeping frozen meat for Part 5.
