Documents necessary in order to prove the technical and professional capability of the economic operator:

— Statement on the employed technical staff of minimum 2 persons, submitting a copy of sanitary passbook for performed health and hygiene control.

— Statement and description of the premises earmarked for the storage of goods.

— Statement for the possession of transport vehicles designated for the transport of goods, with a cooling device for fresh and frozen meat, with a photocopy of a driving license.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— To have at disposal technical staff of minimum 2 persons with completed health and hygiene control.

— To have at disposal designated and hygienic facilities for storing goods with mandatory cooling chambers — 1 room each — refrigerator for the maintenance of fresh meat for Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and Part 4 and a refrigerator for keeping frozen meat for Part 5.

— To have at disposal designated transport vehicles for the transport of goods — at least one transport vehicle for the transportation of fresh meat for Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 and Part 4 and at least one transport vehicle for the transportation of frozen meat for Part 5.

— Decision on registration in the Register of objects and operators with food from the Veterinary and Food Agency.

Standards for quality systems:

— Implemented HACCP system,

— Confirmation of the implementation of the HACCP system by a competent authority.
