In order to qualify as capable of carrying out the relevant public procurement contract in terms of its technical or professional capability, the economic operator must fulfill the following minimum requirements:
— should have concluded contracts of the same or similar type as the subject of this procurement for the past three years (2014, 2015, 2015), with a cumulative value of minimum 6 000 000 MKD,
— have or have at least one vehicle for transporting food with a built-in refrigerator in the same, with a minimum transport capacity of 750 kg. For the transport of goods of animal origin and low degree of temperature regime of the vehicle,
— have employed or engaged at least 2 cooks,
— have employed or engaged at least 2 drivers.
