— To demonstrate its capacity to pursue a professional activity, the economic operator must submit a document for registered activity as proof of registration as a natural person or legal entity authorized to carry out the activity related to the subject-matter of the public procurement contract or a proof of membership in a professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country of registration

— The economic operator must possess a B-contractor license for construction of second-category structures.
— Professional indemnity insurance and balance sheets and income statements for the past 3 years certified by a relevant authority.
— The economic operator must have a turnover of at least 30 000 000 MKD over the past 3 years (2014, 2015 and 2016) from executing works related to the object of the public procurement.

— Statement and proof of hiring technical personal of at least 10 employees demonstrated by submitting the authorizations and a certificate for the total number of employees issued by the Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia and by submitting the employment M1/M2 forms, including at least 1 electrical engineer with a B category authorization for working in the field of electro-technics and a minimum of 3 electrical fitter mechanics with at least a three-year trade school degree in electronics technology.
