— To prove its capacity to pursue a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a natural or legal entity for performing the activity related to the object of the public procurement contract or proof that they belong to a professional association in accordance with the regulations of the country where it is registered.

— The economic operator should possess a B license for building contractor of second category buildings.

— Contract Works policy — balance sheet and income statements certified by a competent authority for the last 3 years — the economic operator shall have a minimum turnover of 60 000 000 MKD from the execution of works related to the object of the procurement, in the past 3 years (2013, 2014 and 2015).

— Statement and proof of hiring technical personal of at least 10 employees which is proven by submitting the authorizations and a certificate for the total employee number issued by the Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia and by submitting the employment M1/M2 forms, where at least 1 of which is an electrical engineer with a B category authorization for working in the field of electro-technics and at least 3 electrical fitter mechanics with a vocational school diploma in electronics technology of at least 3rd degree.
