… entities, that it was not rendered minor penalty ban on participation in public tender procedures, awarding agreements on public procurement and agreements for public-private partnership,

… entities that it was not rendered minor penalty for temporary or permanent ban on performing a specific activity,

— certificate that it was not rendered misdemeanour sanction — prohibition to perform profession, activity or duty i.e. temporary prohibition to perform a specific activity,

— document on registered activity as an evidence that it is registered as a natural person or a legal entity for performance of the activity related to the subject matter of the agreement on public procurement or an evidence that it belongs to a respective professional association pursuant to the regulations of the country where it is registered and — to possess License A for construction of structures of first category, for the purpose of which it should deliver a Copy of License A for construction.

Минимално ниво(а) на стандарди:

— total turnover in the past 3 years (2013/14/15) of 300 000 000 MKD (three hundred million denars),

Техничка и професионална способност:

— Copy of minimum 1 (one) realized agreement in the past 3 years (2013, 2014 and 2015) for construction/adaptation/reconstruction/rehabilitation of facilities of civil engineering of which 1 (one) with a minimum value of 25 000 000 MKD (twenty five million denars), for all submitted agreements also certificates for quality and timely performance of works should be submitted, and the certificate should compulsorily contain information about the subject matter of the agreement and the value, only a certificate issued by the orderer of the realized agreement is acceptable. — Certificate from the Employment Agency of the Republic of Macedonia which confirms the number of employees issued not earlier than 15 days from the day indicated as deadline for delivery of the bids and a copy from an authorization A for construction.

— minimum 1 (one) realized agreements in the past 3 years (2013, 2014 and 2015) for construction/adaptation/reconstruction/ rehabilitation of facilities of civil engineering of which 1 (one) with a minimum value of 25 000 000 MKD (twenty five million denars), for all submitted agreements also certificates for quality and timely performance of works should be submitted, and the certificate should compulsorily contain information about the subject matter of the agreement and the value, only a certificate issued by the orderer of the realized agreement is acceptable. — minimum 10 (ten) employees, of which 2 (two) engineers (architect/construction engineer/mechanical engineer/electrical engineer), authorization A for construction.
