Rental of integrated data infrastructure platform)

Subject of the public procurement contract shall be the rental of an integrated data infrastructure (platform) for
the Ministry of Finance to support the operation of the treasury information system.
The service shall include the rental of a platform as a service for a period of 2 (two) years, based on a monthly
fee for its use, provided by the economic operator. The platform should fully meet the needs of the treasury
information system, including all the necessary safeguards and links to connect users to the system.
The service shall include: use of servers, data storage, network components, other hardware, and operating
system software for the operation of the treasury information system, management of data backup system
(backup).

public private partnership, has not been imposed,
temporary or permanent prohibition on performing a certain activity, has not been imposed, and
— certificate that a misdemeanor sanction resulting in prohibition for practicing profession, performing activity or
duty, i.e. temporary prohibition for performing a particular activity has not been imposed by a legally valid court
decision.

A condition for signing of the public procurement contract with the most favorable economic operator shall be
the provision of a bank guarantee by the contractor for quality and timely execution of the contract in the amount
of 10 % of the total value of the contract, with VAT.
Правна форма што треба да ја преземе групата економски оператори на која ќе се додели договорот:
No legal form shall be required from the group of economic operators if selected as winner.
Други посебни услови:
The economic operator should provide a document for registered business activity. Foreign economic operators
should follow the relevant
provisions of the Law on Public Procurement in order to meet this condition. For more information, please
