— Statement of the economic operator that, within the last 5 years, he/she has not had any legally effective judgment for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or money laundering, pronounced against him/her;
— Certificate that it is not subject to a bankruptcy procedure opened by a competent authority;
— Certificate that it is not subject to a liquidation procedure opened by a competent authority;
— Certificate of paid taxes, contributions and other public dues issued by a competent authority in the country where the economic operator is registered;
— Certificate from the Registry of Offences for Committed Crimes by Legal…
… Persons that a secondary sentence for prohibition of participation on public bidding procedures or awarding of public procurement or public private partnerships contracts has not been issued against it;
… Persons, that a secondary sentence for provisional or permanent prohibition to execute a specific business activity has not been issued against it;
— Certificate that there is no legally effective judgment imposing a misdemeanour sanction involving prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform a specific activity, imposed against it.
Capability of the economic operator to perform a professional activity:
— Document on registered economic activity or proof that it belongs to an adequate professional association as per the regulations of the country where it is registered and — copy of License A in accordance with the Law on Tourism Activity issued by the Ministry of Economy or authorised institution as per Article 25 of the Law on Tourism Activity.

— Statement that it is connected to at least 1 global reservation system for airline tickets (Amadeus, Galileo or other adequate global reservation system) — Certificate that it possesses at least 1 reservation terminal for airline tickets issued by the NMC — Statement that it has employed at least 1 person possessing certificate/license to operate with the global reservation system for sales of airline tickets in the regular international traffic (Amadeus, Galileo, or other adequate global reservation system) issued by an authorised training centre or training centre of the airline companies members of the IATA association (by enclosing said certificate/licence).
