In order to prove its personal status, the economical operator should submit the following documents:
— statement of the economic operator stating that no effective verdict has been pronounced in the past 5 years for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering;
— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;
— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority;
— confirmation for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from the authority competent in the country where the economic operator has been registered;
— confirmation from the Registry for penalties for committed criminal acts of the legal entities stating that no secondary penalty,…
… ban on participation in open call procedures, on awarding of contracts for public procurement and contracts on public-private partnership has been pronounced;
… temporary penalty or permanent ban on the performance of particular activity has been pronounced;
— confirmation stating that no misdemeanour sanction — ban on the performance of the profession, activity or obligation, i.e. temporary ban on the performance of a particular activity has been pronounced with the effective verdict.

A list of contracting authorities for transport services rendered in the last 3 (three) years, providing certificates or contracts for said services, issued by the receiver (at least one certificate or contract for transport of students with special line transport), to be an owner or have a lease agreement for 4 (four) buses — (minibuses) not older than 2005, a list of vehicles not older than 2005, notarized, a minimum of 4 (four) buses — (minibuses) that will perform the transport, with attached to the list, as proof, a certified copy of a valid driving license and statement of the license for special line transport for each vehicle separately, issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Macedonia (the Bid of the economic operator that submits a list of vehicles older than 2005 will be regarded as unacceptable), a list of drivers in full time employment with the economic operator, at least 1 driver per vehicle, providing certified M/1 and M/2 forms and a copy of the driver's license of the employed driver, a Certificate of professional competence of the manager or authorized person responsible for transport, issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Macedonia, “Licence for free transport of passengers and special line transport of passengers issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Macedonia, Notarized statement not older than 1 (one) month guaranteeing that the economic operator will perform the services professionally and timely and will regularly insure the passengers for the duration of the contract, Certificate of meeting the special technical and exploitation conditions and technical characteristics of the vehicle, issued by an authorized station for technical inspection for the registration of vehicles in accordance with the regulations on traffic safety.
