— Confirmation that no bankruptcy proceedings by a competent authority;
— Confirmation that no liquidation procedure by the competent authority;
— Confirmation of paid taxes and other public charges from the competent authority of the country where the economic operator is established;
— Certificate from the Registry of penalties for crimes committed by legal entities that were not imposed a…
… penalty on participation in public tender procedures, the award of public procurement contracts and public-private partnerships;
… temporary or permanent prohibition of professional activity;
— A certificate stating that there has not been imposed sanction ban on performing profession, activity or duty, or prohibition to perform certain activity.

Balance sheets certified by a competent authority, i.e. audited balance sheets or extracts from the balance sheets, where publication of the balance sheet is required under the law of the country in which the economic operator is established.
Техничка и професионална способност:
To possess his own/rent contract for business technical cooperation authorised service (authorized from the vehicles producer).
— To possess minimum 4 persons for service, 2 of them mechanician, 1 auto-electrician and 1 mechanical engineer.
— To be representative of vehicles producer or to have contact for cooperation with authorised representative of the vehicles.
Evidence for possessing his own / rent / contract business- technical cooperation is copy of possession list/ contract for rental / contract for business technical cooperation.
— Declaration for engagement 4 technical persons, 2 of them mechanician ,1 auto-electrician and 1 mechanical engineer
— Evidence that economic operation is representative of the producer is contract for cooperation with authorized representative of the vehicle ( where is registered as a entity) or in the owner way is authorised from the producer for the vehicle brand, their selling in the Republic of Macedonia.
