— Statement by the economic operator that in the last 5 years there is no legally binding sentence against him for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering; — Certificate that there is no open procedure for bankruptcy by a competent organ; — Certificate that there is no open procedure for liquidation by a competent organ; — Certificate for paid taxes, payments and other public fees by a competent authority from the country where the economic operator is registered; — Certificate from the Registry of Penalties for Committed Criminal Actions by Legal Persons that there is no secondary penalty prohibition for participation in procedures for a public call, delegating contracts for public procurement and contracts for public-private partnership; — Certificate from the Registry of Penalties for Committed Criminal Actions by Legal Persons that there is no secondary penalty temporary or permanent prohibition for conducting certain activity; — Certificate that there is no legally binding sentence for violation sanction — prohibition to carry out the profession, activity or duty, i.e. temporary prohibition to carry out certain activity;
